Fidanza Ultra-Lightweight Flywheel - 2ZZ Engine

Fidanza aluminium flywheels are manufactured from super-high quality 6061 T6 aluminium and achieve excellent strength and durability while being very lightweight. 

The friction surface is made from 1045 steel and is replaceable at the end of it's service life - saving the expense of replacing the entire flywheel along with the clutch if the need arises.

Flywheel ring gears are made from 1050 grade steel and are heat treated to increase durability before they are heated, pressed onto the flywheel and secured with 8 bolts.

Fidanza were the first manufacturer to make use of a stepped dowel system that ensures that when the pressure plate is installed, the dowels will not move as they are firmly locked in place.
