O2 Sensor Simulator

To remove that annoying MIL light when using a track day decat or low-cpi sports cat on any car (including Toyota 2ZZ vehicles), we have developed an easy-to-install and configure O2 Sensor Simulator.  This neat little device sits between the ECU and the Post-Cat O2 sensor and simulates the voltage and frequency required to let the ECU know that everything is okay.

The 2009 Elise Trophy moves onto Snetterton In June and organisers LoTRDC have organised a full range of attractions to support the racing and make it a real day out.

  • World record attempt for largest parade of Lotus cars (see below)
  • Lotus Type 72 Formula 1 car demonstration lap

The fastest man on Earth and double World Land Speed Record-holder, Wing Commander Andy Green, will be competing in the Elise Trophy at the wheel of a Lotus Elise. Andy’s involvement will help to raise awareness and funds for the Bloodhound SSC project.

For those of you who don’t already know, Bloodhound SSC is the latest project to be undertaken by Richard Noble and Andy Green and was launched at London’s Science Museum last October by government minister Lord Drayson. The target for Bloodhound is to exceed 1,000mph (yes, that’s right!).

In conjunction with Lipscomb Lotus and Motorsport Vision there will be an attempt to get over 500 Lotus cars in a parade around Snetterton circuit on Sunday afternoon. The previous record was set in 2007 with 313 Lotus’ taking to Brands Hatch but with the longer Snetterton circuit access should be easier this time. Cars will be assembled around midday before setting off on the record attempt.

You’ll need to pre-register to take part in the Lotus Festival record attempt for the Largest number of Lotus Cars in a parade. You’ll then receive one email update in April, May and one week before in June keeping you abreast of event details and times.

Sunday 14th June Advance Discounted Tickets for Lotus Enthusiasts are just £6.50 each including postage. Gate price on the day is £12 each.  £1 from the sale of each of these tickets will be donated to Little Havens Children’s Hospice.  Children 12 and under are FREE

For all info, to buy tickets and to register for the record attempt go to the LOTUS FESTIVAL web site for full details.
