1998 Lotus Elise S1

In stunning “New Aluminium” metallic silver, this special car has covered just 28,000 miles, which is reflected in the overall excellent condition.

The car received the  Turbo Technics TT190 supercharger conversion from new, which delivers 190bhp and 170 lb/ft of torque.  This level of torque in conjunction with the light weight of the S1 Elise delivers simply fantastic performance, whilst the upgraded ITG Maxogen carbon fibre induction kit and sports exhaust provide a soundtrack to match. An Emerald K3 ECU, with a bespoke map by Emerald, ensures smooth running in all conditions.

To help deliver the performance, the car has been fitted with Nitron adjustable dampers, a Lotus quick steering rack, and a full Hangar 111 geometry setup.  Whilst brand new EBC TurboGroove black brake discs and pads mean the car has the stopping power to match its performance.

Externally, the car is subtly enhanced from standard specification with:

• Silver Technomagnesio “Victory” alloy wheels with Yokohama Advan tyres.
• Sport 160 rear spoiler.
• Carbon fibre rear diffuser.
• Matching body colour hardtop (not shown).
• Shower cap (not shown).

The car also has a number of interior upgrades, as follows:

• Roll-over bar A-frame and harness bar with removable petty strut brace.
• Hangar 111 Monaco race seats with grey alcantara padded inserts.
• Luke silver 4-point harnesses.
• Reverie carbon fibre steering wheel with black suede trim.
• Alloy cockpit fittings.

This car belongs to a long-term Hangar 111 customer and a new Evora forces a reluctant sale.
